An LGBTQ drama short film, produced as a final thesis for the NYU Tisch Graduate Film program. I served as additional editor, providing the final cut of the film, as well as post producer. Funded by Sloan Science and Film Production Award.
Logline: When her immigrant mother’s Chinese Traditional Medicine shop gets vandalized, Kai, a young botanist is thrust in between her mother’s grief and her muralist partner’s mission for community catharsis, and must confront the barriers to her own healing.
